摘要
文中简述了光电器件常用的几种制冷器的主要特点 ,介绍了美、英、法、以色列和日本等国的典型系列产品 ,简要介绍了国产制冷器 ,揭示了国内外产品的差距。根据我国光电器件对制冷器的需求概况 。
The features of several kinds of cryocoolers used in optoelectronic devices are described. Some typical cryocooler products made in advanced countries such as USA, UK, France, Israel and Japan, are presented, the ones made in China are also given, and the differences of products between China and abroad are revealed. At last, some preliminary prospects for the developments of the cryocoolers in China are made, on the basis of the demands of the cryocoolers for optoelectronic devices in China.
