摘要
建立了42CrMo钢热处理过程的计算模型,并利用有限元软件进行模拟分析,获得了温度场、组织场、应力场等信息,能够直观地反映出试样在热处理过程中的温度、组织及性能的变化情况。在此基础上,分析了各场量的变化规律。
A finite element model of 42CrMo steel during heat treatment process was built, and the process was analyzed with finite element software. The information of the temperature, microstructure and stress field were obtained. The results can give an intuition expression on the change of temperature, microstructure and mechanical properties of the specimen during heat treatment process. Based on the results mentioned above, the changes of each fields of the steel specimens were analyzed.
