仓鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤动物模型的建立

摘要 烧伤应激及烧伤后炎症反应均可刺激肥大细胞脱颗粒,这些颗粒内含物中,糜蛋白酶表现出与创面愈合密切相关。由于糜蛋白酶底物特异性不同,除了猴子、犬、仓鼠,其他动物糜蛋白酶与人糜蛋白酶均不相似。既往无仓鼠作为烧伤动物模型的报道,为研究肥大细胞糜蛋白酶在烧伤创面中的作用机制,笔者拟建立仓鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤动物模型。
