摘要
利用有限元软件对出现裂纹的叶轮做了强度计算和模态计算,指出了该叶轮存在与叶轮转速2倍频耦合的模态。在此基础上对叶轮结构进行了改进,避开了耦合模态,运行结果表明改进效果显著。
Based on the finite element method,the strength and mode calculation is carried out for the impeller crackle.The analysis indicates that the 1st and 2nd mode coupled with the multiple frequencies.After improving the structure of impeller,the coupled modes are avoided.And it is proved that the improvement is successful.
