轮换通讯技术在S7-400压缩机组冗余控制系统中的开发与应用

摘要 因压缩机在整套装置中的重要性,用户提出了全套冗余配置的需求,即CPU、I/O皆一套运行,另一套处于备用状态,整个过程为无扰切换,以保证机组的稳定运行。本项目以S7400CPU与S7-300I/O的硬件为基础,并辅以软件编程来实现系统切换;同时首次使用西门子通讯卡来实现轮换通讯,即主站对多个从站数据的读写,在测试时进行数次实验得出各站的精确读取时间,使之实现高效率。本套项目投用至今,控制系统工作稳定,遇到故障时自主切换,对各从站实时监控和控制,达到良好的预期目标。 As the improtance of compressor in the complete set plant,users have pointed out the requirement of complete set redundancy configuration,i.e.,CPU,I/O one set in running state,and the other set in standby state.The whole process is undisturbed switching to ensure the stable operation of unit.The hardware of S7-400 CPU and S7300 I/O is the foundation in this project,and supplemented by software programming to implement the system switch.Meanwhile,Siemens communications card is the first used to achieve rotation communication,i.e.,read and write data of several sub-stations by master station,several experiments carried out in the test to draw the exact read time for each station,so that to achieve high efficiency.Since this set plant put into use,the control system is working stably.When experiencing failure,it can switch independently and achieve real-time monitoring and control for each sub-station,and good expected target can be obtained.
