论述碳汇市场出现的必然性及其基本涵义,阐述我国碳汇交易市场的现状,进而对构建宁夏南部碳汇交易市场的前景进行分析与预测,包括碳汇交易的可行性条件、原因、困难以及对策.碳汇交易市场不仅为森林发挥其生态服务功能提供了市场交换的方法与渠道,实现了森林生态价值的市场补偿,而且对融资发展当地经济、保护宁夏南部生态环境也具有重要意义.
This paper dissertates the basic meaning and inevitability of carbon sequestration transaction, the status quo of carbon exchange market in China, and the prospect of carbon trade market. The requirement, cause, problem and suggestion of carbon sequestration transaction will be included. It means to indicate that carbon exchange market is the way to exert forest＇s ecological service function which compensates its ecological value, producing significant effect on local economic growth and environmental protection.
