摘要
讨论了一种新型拓扑结构的统一电能质量控制器(unified power quality controller,UPQC),利用模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel convener,MMC)作为UPQC的串、并联部分,公共直流母线端无需并联电容且提高了UPQC的应用电压等级。介绍了MMC型UPQC的主电路、MMC子模块拓扑机制及相应的工作原理,提出了基于dq坐标变换法的UPQC检测及控制算法,并联侧采用外环定直流电压、内环电流解耦控制,串联侧采用带有反馈的开环电压控制,并通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件实现了其对电压暂降、暂升,电流谐波、无功、负序的补偿功能。
This paper discusses one kind of new-type unified power quality controller with topology structure which takes modular multi-level converter as series and parallel parts of UPQC while the common DC bus may improve applied voltage level of UPQC without parallel capacitors. It introduces the main circuit of UPQC of MMC type, topology mechanism of MMC sub-modular and its working principles and proposes UPOC detecting and control algorithm based on dq coordinate transformation. At the parallel side, it uses outer ring constant DC voltage and inner ring current decoupling control while at the series side it adopts loop voltage control with feedback. By taking PSCAD/EMTDC simulating software, it realizes volt- age sags and temporary rise and compensation for current harmonic, reactive power and negative sequence.
