摘要
使用AFLP (Amplifiedfragmentlengthpolymorphism)方法对常绿阔叶林中的演替顶级种厚壳桂 (Cryptocaryachinensis)在 2个不同群落中的遗传分化进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,种群的大部分遗传变异存在于种群中 ,而有 10 4 5%的遗传变异存在于种群间 .结果表明群落的差异不可忽视 .
Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) was used to analyze 2 subpopulations of Cryptocarya chinensis, one of succession climax species in lower subtropical broad-leaved forest, across two communities. Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) indicated most of the genetic variation was due to the differences within the population (89 55 %), with high significant genetic variation among population (10 45%). And genetic divergence is due to different communities.
