我国海洋科技创新效率影响因素研究 被引量:22

Study on Influencing Factors of Marine S&T Innovation Efficiency in China based on Ultra-efficiency Model

摘要 利用超效率DEA模型对我国各相关地区的海洋科技创新效率进行了测算,分析了可能影响我国海洋科技创新效率的因素并进行了实证检验,发现海洋科研机构规模、高级职称人员比重两个变量与海洋科技创新效率正相关,而专业技术人员比重及研究生比重两个变量与海洋科技创新效率负相关,据此提出了提高我国海洋科技创新效率的对策建议。 Using ultra--efficiency DEA model, we firstly measure and calculate the marine S^T innovation effi- cieney of all relative regions in China, then analyze and empirically study its possible influence factors, and find that two variables, including scale of marine seientific research institution and proportion of professional titles to profes- sionals of marine scientific research institution, are positive related to marine S&T innovation efficiency, while the other variables, proportion of professionals to whole employee of marine scientific research institution and proportion of postgraduates to professionals of marine scientific researeh institution, are negative related to marine S&T inno- vation efficiency. According to the above findings, some suggestions on how to promote the marine S&-T innovation efficiency in China are nut forward.
