17种草本植物不同器官干粉对生菜幼苗生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用琼脂混粉法测定了17种常见的草本植物不同器官在0.005~0.5 g/L供试浓度下对受体植物生菜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,供试的各植物器官对其胚根和胚轴的生长均具有不同程度的抑制或刺激生长活性,其中,马齿苋茎和叶、反枝苋茎、葎草叶、狼尾草茎等器官均表现出了较高的刺激生长活性,而其他植物器官的刺激生长活性相对较低或表现为一定的抑制活性。 Effects of different organ of 17 species of herbaceous plants on seedling growth of the receptor plant lettuce were tested under testing concentration of 0. 005 - 0.5g/L by using PPA method. The results showed that all of the organs of all of the plants tested demonstrated different degrees of inhibitory or stimulatory activities on radicles and hypocotyls growth of lettuce, among them the stems and leaves of Portulaca oleracea, the stems of Amaranthus retroflexus, the leaves of Humulus scandens, and the stems of Pennisetum alopecuroides all presented relatively high stimulatory activity, but the oth- er plant organs showed relatively lower stimulatory activity or showed certain inhibitory activity on lettuce seedling growth.
