摘要
为深入研究彝药药用功效,将鸡矢藤粉碎,用V(硝酸)+V(高氯酸)=3+1混合液进行湿法消解,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定了鸡矢藤中各微量元素含量。结果表明,鸡矢藤中含有丰富的Fe、B、Mn、Sr、Zn、Cu等对人体有益的微量元素,其质量分数分别为Fe 308μg/g、B 180μg/g、Mn 48μg/g、Sr 26μg/g、Zn 22μg/g、Cu 8μg/g,不含Ni、Pb、As、Hg、Cd等对人体有害的元素。本结果为彝药研究提供实验依据。
The trace elements in Paederia scandense were determinated by ICP - AES in order to provide scientific data for intensive research of Yi national medicine. The samples were pretreated with mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid to detect content of trace elements by inductive coupling plasma emitting spectrometer. According to the ICP - AES results, Paederia scandense was abundant of Fe, B, Mn, Sr, Zn and Cu elements, which contents were 308 ug/g, 180 ug/g, 48 Ixg/g, 26 txg/g, 22 pug/g and 8 Iug/g, without toxic elements such as Ni, Pb, As, Hg and Cd
