摘要
当电能计量装置发生接线错误,需要追补电量时,既要分析有功计量,又要分析无功计量,而分析无功计量主要目的之一是计算功率因数,根据不同用户和不同负荷性质提出了2种功率因数计算原理和公式,并举例说明:当用户用电情况变化不大时,可通过对用户消耗的有功电能和无功电能的测量考核负载的平均功率因数,如果为新装用户或负载不稳定时,应通过计算出用户错误接线下实际消耗的有功、无功电能后,再通过功率三角形计算出功率因数。也就是说,如何确定错误接线下功率因数,是合理追收和退补电量的重要依据,它对电度电费和功率因数调整电费影响很大。
