摘要
《伤寒论》58条的"阴阳自和",过去一般解释为"阴平阳秘",是从病机的角度理解,但细考《伤寒论》多条论述"自和"的原文,所表达的均是"脉证"是否相符,而"阴阳自和"更专指寸尺部位的脉象是否阴阳脉相等同,以判断疾病是否向愈。以诊察脉象的角度理解"阴阳自和",对于临床判断疾病预后有重要意义。
In the past,it commonly used ＂Yin and Yang are still in harmony＂ to interprete ＂Yin and Yang in self-peace＂ in Treatise on Cold Damage Disease Clause 58,it explained from the angle of mechanism of disease,but by deep research on several clause of Treatise on Cold Damage Disease,all the clause expressing the ＂pulse-symptom＂ was corresponding or not,more specifically,＂Yin and Yang in self-peace＂ means that cun and chi pulse equaled or not,it helped to determine whether the disease was self-recovery.Using the angle of pulsation to understand ＂Yin and Yang in self-peace＂ is important for the clinical prediction of disease prognosis.
