摘要
云南大唐红河公司的循环流化床锅炉是国内第一台采用低压省煤器技术回收烟气余热的300 MW机组。目前国内电煤供应形势紧张,火电机组燃用煤种已偏离设计煤种,导致锅炉排烟温度偏高、辅机出力不足等问题。为降低锅炉排烟热损失,回收排烟余热,云南大唐红河公司的300 MW循环流化床锅炉采用了低压省煤器技术,成功地实现了余热回收,提高了锅炉尾部烟道设备的可靠性。半年的连续运行时间表明,该系统运行稳定,节能效果显著。介绍300 MW等级的循环流化床锅炉采用低压省煤器改造的背景、技术方案及节能效果。
The circulating fluidized bed boiler of Yunnan Datang Red River Company is the first 300MW unit using low pressure economizer to recover exhaust heat.At present domestic electric coal supply situation is very nervous.Burning coal for thermal power units has deviated from designed coal,leading to high exhaust gas temperature of boilers,insufficient output of auxiliary equipment and so on.To reduce boiler flue gas heat loss and recover exhaust heat,the 300MW CFB boiler of Yunnan Datang Red River Company has adopted the low pressure economizer technology,successfully achieving the waste heat recovery and improving the reliability of boiler tail flue systems.Half a year's continuous running time shows that this system runs stably and energy saving effect is remarkable.It introduces the background,technical solution and energy saving effect of 300MW CFB boilers adopting low pressure economizer.
