摘要 目的研究橡胶混凝土砖砌体的吸能、耗能效果及其抵御变形的能力,为使其早日应用于实际工程提供参考依据.方法采用自行制作的免蒸压橡胶混凝土砖,对其进行轴心抗压强度试验,通过试验分析橡胶混凝土砖砌体的应力-应变关系.结果由橡胶混凝土砖和黏土砖砌体本构关系曲线得到回弹模量和韧性模量分别为0.745 MPa、0.35 MPa,对比可知橡胶混凝土砖砌体的韧性模量是黏土砖砌体的2.13倍.结论橡胶混凝土砖砌体比粉煤灰砖、黏土砖砌体的吸能、耗能效果好,抵御变形的能力有明显提高. This paper is to study concrete rubber brick(CRB)energy absorption and consumption effects and resist deformation ability,and to provide reference so as to apply in engineering practice as soon as possible.By using self made non autoclaved CBR,experiment the axial compressive strength,and analyze stress-strain relationships of CBR.According to the constitutive curves of CRB and clay brick masonry,resilient modulus and toughness modulus is 0.745 MPa,0.35 MPa,the comparison shows that toughness modulus of CBR is 2.13 times than clay brick masonry.CBR energy absorption and consumption effects are better than pulverized fuel ash brick and clay brick masonry,and resist deformation ability is improved significantly.
