摘要
光阴极 RF腔注入器是一种强流、窄脉冲 ( ps量级 )、低发射度的电子束源。给出了 CAEP光阴极 RF腔注入器的结构和实验结果 ,结构主要包括驱动激光器、Cs2 Te阴极制备室、2 .5个 RF腔、高功率微波源和测量仪器等 ,其中驱动激光器的参数是影响注入器电子束质量的重要因素 ;该光阴极 RF腔注入器可稳定输出能量 2 Me V、流强 70 A、发射度约 4 mm·mrad的高亮度电子束流。
RF photoinjector is one kind of high-brightness electron beam sources. Now the better experimental results have been made on CAEP photoinjecter. 70A electron beam of 2MeV in energy is achieved ,10ps micropulse width of 81.25MHz repetition and 2.5μs macropulse width of 3Hz repetition. The system works stable, and is made of the driving laser ,the RF cavity for the photoinjector, the vacuum chamber for Cs 2Te photocathode fabrication,high power microwave system , the measuring apparatus. and etc. The driving laser is very important in the system, the output of the driving laser can reach 1μJ/micropulse at the fourth harmonics, and the timing jitter is below 2ps.
