摘要 对近年来国内聚合物微球材料的制备方法和应用进行了综述,概述了聚合物微球的主要制备方法:反相乳液聚合、反相微乳液聚合、分散聚合和反相悬浮聚合等,并分析了其优缺点;着重介绍了聚合物微球在石油开采(如提高采收率、污水处理等)、增黏降滤失、润滑、防漏堵漏等方面的应用,总结了目前应用中存在的不足,并提出了改进的建议。 The methods of preparing polymer microsphere materials and the application of the microspheres materials in recent years in China are introduced, the main methods of preparing microspheres such as inverse emulsion polymerization, inverse microemulsion polymerization, dispersion polymerization and inverse suspension polymerization, etc. are presented, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed with the emphasis on describing the application of polymer microspheres in crude oil exploitation (for increasing recovery efficiency and for wastewater treatment, etc. ), viscosity increase and filtrate loss reduction, lubrication and leakage proof or stoppage, etc. , the shortcomings in relation to the application of polymer microspheres are summarized, and some suggestions for improving the application of the polymer microspheres are put forward in this paper.
