摘要
分析了流通物流的两种形式：生产企业物流和流通企业物流。结合国内外物流业发展状况，指出流通物流控制权由生产企业逐步向流通企业转变是必然趋势。最后用典型事理说明了国内不同企业对这一趋势的适应情况。
Two types of circulation logistics industry, production logistics and circulation logistics, are analyzed. According to development situation of logistics at home and abroad, this paper points out that change of circulation logistics control rights from production enterprises to circulation enterprises is an inexorable trend. Finally,, the suitability to this trend of our different enterprises is illustrated with typical examples.
