摘要
我国社会主义市场经济体制和公路的准公共物品与自然垄断性的特点决定了我国高速公路收费标准实行政府管制下企业定价的机制。通过对不同的经济学理论及相关收费标准计算模型的分析,指出不同收费标准下有不同的社会福利效应。
The characteristics of our social market economic system, highway of quasi-public facility and natural monopolization determine the toll system of enterprises fixing the price under government supervision.Based on different calculation models of toll standard of expressway according to using different economics theories.Thirdly, the paper puts forward social welfare effect under different toll standards of expressway.
