报道了激光二极管泵浦 Nd∶YVO4 晶体 , 临界相位匹配 KTP晶体腔内倍频红光激光器 .通过对激光晶体热效应的考虑 ,设计了热不灵敏腔 ,最大获得了 2 73 m W671
It is demonstrated a high power LD end pumped Nd∶YVO 4/KTP intracavity frequency doubled 671nm laser.A thin lens model is introduced to design a thermally insensitive cavity.The output power of 273mW at 671nm is achieved.
