摘要
评述了正电子湮没技术 (PAT)在金属和合金研究中如下几个领域的应用进展 :(1)金属间化合物空位形成焓的测定 ;(2 )淬火、辐照、形变及充氢等引起的缺陷及回复过程 ;(3)金属和合金的相变 ;(4)非晶、准晶及纳米晶的研究 ;(5 )PAT作为材料无损检测新技术的研究 .
Current applications of positron annihilation technology (PAT) for metals and alloys are reviewed covering:(1)the measurement of vacancy formation enthalpies in intermetallic compounds,(2)defects induced by quenching, irradiation, deformation or hydrogen charging and their recovery processes,(3) phase transformation of metals and alloys,(4) amorphous alloys, quasicrystals and nanocrystals,(5) non destructive testing.
