Influence of Oxidized Chitin on Thermal Stability and Water Absorption Capacity of Gelatin

摘要 以氧化甲壳素为交联剂,采用溶液交联的方法制备了交联改性明胶膜。研究了氧化甲壳素分子中羰基含量对氧化甲壳素-明胶复合膜热稳定性及吸水行为的影响。结果表明:复合膜的热稳定性会随着氧化甲壳素中羰基含量的增加而增加。然后测定复合膜在不同酸碱度及离子强度溶液中吸水倍率随时间的变化,结果显示:复合膜的吸水速度较原明胶膜的慢,同时其吸水达到平衡时的增重率也比明胶膜的有所降低。 Taking oxidized chitin as the cross - linking agent, the composite gelatin membrane has been prepared by solution cross - linked method. The influence of carbonyl group content of the oxidized chitin on the thermal stability and water absorption behavior of the composite membrane has been researched. The results show that the thermal denaturation temperature of the composite membrane will increase with the increase of the carbonyl group in the oxidized chitin. And then the swelling behavior of the composite membrane in the solution with different pH and ionic strength also has been tested. The results show that the swelling rate of the composite membrane is slower than the that of original gelatin membrane, and the rate of weight growth in the fully swelling state of the native gelatin membrane is higher than that of the composite membrane.
