摘要
数字核信号的滤波成形对核谱仪系统的能量分辨率和计数率具有重要意义。本文基于LabVIEW平台将高速ADC采样后的数字核信号通过传递函数法与合成成形法实现其滤波成形。其中合成成形法将数字核信号成形为具有一定曲率的凹成形器与凸成形器,只需简单地修改成形参数,通过叠加合成可实现各种滤波成形输出(梯形、三角与高斯)。最后,系统在LabVIEW平台上修改成形参数,调用MATLAB成形程序,分别实现数字核信号的传递函数法与合成成形法的滤波成形,以验证滤波成形方法的可行性与实用性,同时为数字核信号的滤波成形方案与参数的选择提供技术支持。
Background: Digital nuclear signal filter shape is of great importance to the energy resolution and the counting rate in nuclear spectrometer system. Purpose: This paper attempts to achieve transfer function method and the synthesis forming filter shape based on LabVIEW. Methods: The digital nuclear signal which comes from the high speed ADC was formed a certain curvature of the concave and convex shaper in synthesis forming method, simply modify the forming parameters, the different shapes (trapezoid, triangle and gauss) were achieved by this method. Results: Finally, to validate the feasibility and practicability of the filtering methods, with the use of the modification of forming parameters on LabVIEW platform and the call of program in MATLAB, the transfer function and the synthesis forming method were used to complete filter shape. Conclusions: Based on the results, the filtering method can be used to provide technical support for the choices of filter shape schemes and parameters.
