摘要
以籽粒苋花穗为原料,采用超声波辅助提取法提取其色素,研究提取溶剂、料液比、提取温度、超声波强度,提取时间和提取次数等因素对其色素提取效果的影响,并利用响应面法对提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明,籽粒苋花穗色素的最佳提取工艺条件为提取溶剂为体积分数10%乙醇溶液、料液比1:40、提取温度23.1℃、提取时间70min、超声波功率150W、提取2次。在此最优条件下,籽粒苋花穗色素的模型预测提取率为83.89%,验证实验提取率为83.73%,两者的误差为0.19%,证明本工艺条件合理可行。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of pigment from grain amaranth flower spikes. We investigated the effects of solvent type, solvent-to-solid ratio, temperature and ultrasonic power on extraction efficiency. The optimum extraction conditions were found to be two extraction cycles with 10% ethanol as a solvent at a solvent-to-solid ratio of 1:40 for 70 min at an ultrasonic power of 150 W and 23.1℃. Under these conditions, the predicted yield of pigment from grain amaranth flower spikes was 83.89% with a relieve error of 0.19% when compared to the actual yield, 83.73%. Thus, the optimized extraction conditions are reliable.
