摘要
利用胰蛋白酶酶解法从草鱼内脏中提取鱼油。以鱼油提取率为指标,利用响应面分析法,研究酶解条件对鱼油提取率的影响。结果表明:利用胰蛋白酶提取草鱼内脏鱼油的酶解工艺参数为酶解温度48℃、酶解pH8、酶添加量1.65%、料液比1:0.87(m/m)、酶解时间4h。在此条件下,实际测得鱼油提取率为70.16%。
In this study, fish oil was extracted from the viscera of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) using trypsin. Response surface methodology was employed to optimize hydrolysis parameters based on oil yield. The optimum hydrolysis conditions for fish oil extraction were found to be hydrolysis at 48℃ and pH 8 for 4 h with an enzyme dose of 1.65% and a solid-to-solvent ratio of 1:0.87 (m/m). Under these conditions, the actual oil yield was 70.16%.
