摘要
华北电力设计院和东北电力设计院所做的《东北、华北电网联网工程系统专题设计》报告中指出 ,华北、东北电网交流互联后各自电网中一些线路或断面的暂态稳定极限值下降幅度较大。这一现象引起了有关部门及从事电力系统分析工作人员的关注。针对这一现象 ,从暂态稳定理论和比对计算两个方面进行了分析 ,并指出受端系统惯量显著增大是产生这一现象的主要原因 ,同时还指出了在电力系统暂态稳定分析工作中 ,系统等值和网格化简时对一些小容量机组的处理应慎重。
In the report on “Special subject of interconnection engineering design for East China Power System and North China Power System” by North China and East China design institutes, it is pointed out that after AC interconnection the transient stability limits of some transmission lines or sections in both power systems drop obviously. The attention to this phenomenon is widely paid by the offices concerned and the persons who are engaged in power system analysis. In this paper, this phenomenon is analyzed by transient stability theory and comparative calculation. It is put forward that the remarkable increase of inertia in receiving system is the main reason of this phenomenon and the problems which should be paid attention to in the transient stability analysis of power system are pointed out.
