摘要
为了科学、准确而又直观地评价现代配电网调度管理 ,北美已经确立了配电网供电可靠性指标———用户平均停电时间 (CAIDI) ,系统平均停电次数 (SAIFI)和系统平均停电时间 (SAIDI)等 ,规范化了一套比较完整的数据收集和计算方法。在电力逐步实行自由竞争的要求下 ,联邦政府依照这些指标制定了严格的奖罚条令。同时电力公司在改变调度管理模式 ,制定配网自动化方案时 。
To establish accurate,straightforward and scientific indices to measure the performances of modern distribution power companies,North America has developed a standard way to achieve this.The standard introduces customer average interruption duration index (CAIDI),system average interruption frequency index (SAIFI),system average interruption duration index (SAIDI),etc.And also the administrations in each state specify the way of data collecting and calculating.In the deregulation,the governments issue the corresponding rules on the indices to fine or award power companies.So the power companies change their dispatch management modes and pursue distribution automations to improve these indices.
