针对甜菜碱的生理功能,包括调节动物脂肪代谢、促进动物的生长、改善胴体品质、调节渗透压和抗球虫病等方面功能,及其在畜牧生产和水产养殖中的应用进行综述。
The physiological function of betaine were summarized,including fat metabolism regulation,promotion of growth performance, carcass quality improvement and the osmotic pressure regulation as well as andcoccidal effect.Moreor- er,its application in animal production were introduced.
