摘要
试验研究了饲料油菜内生菌SY-N1代谢产物对沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌等病原菌的抑菌效果。结果表明,SY-N1代谢产物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有较强的抑制作用,且呈正相关,而对沙门氏菌的抑菌效果一般;SY-N1代谢产物浓缩样品与青霉素、强力霉素及庆大霉素的抑菌效果相近。结果提示,油菜内生菌SY-N1代谢产物具有特异性抑菌作用。
The study was performed to investigate the antimicrobial activities of the metabolites produced by SY-N1, a kind of endophytie bacteria isolated from feed Brassica napus L.The results showed that:Staphylococcus aureus and Es- cherichia coli were very sensitive to the SY-N1 metabolites,and they were stt^ongly suppressed by these metabolites with positive correlation, whereas the sensitivity of Salmonella was less.Furthermore, it was found that the antibacterial effects of SY-N 1 metabolites and penicillin,vibramycin, gentamiein were almost the same.The results indicated that endophytic bac- teria SY-N 1 metabolites from feed Brassica napus L.had specific inhibitory effects on bacteria.
