摘要
为有效应对风电发展中的弃风问题,利用已有数据对吉林省风电资源特点和风力发电出力规律特性进行研究和总结,得到了风电出力典型日和年曲线。并就典型日和年曲线分别与吉林省用电负荷典型曲线、热电联产机组出力典型曲线进行对比,指出了吉林省风电出力与用电负荷以及其他常规能源出力的规律,由此提出了吉林省应对弃风问题具有可操作性的政策建议。
To effectively deal with the problem of wind curtailment in the development of wind power, the characteristics of wind power resources and wind power generation output are analyzed by use of historical data of Jilin province, then the typical day curve and year curve of wind power output were find out. By comparing the day and year typical curves respectively with those of Jilin province electricity load and those of combined heat and power generation units output, laws of Jilin wind power output, power load and the other conventional energy output are discovered. Thus, an operational policy suggestion is proposed to solve the wind curtailment problem of Jilin province.
