摘要
营口沿海产业基地铁路大面积分布软土地基,设计采用水泥搅拌桩进行加固处理。为保证工程施工质量、提高工效,使设计方案经济合理,在DK17+300处路基基底进行成桩试验及检测。通过对24组不同参数配比及布置形式的桩群进行检测及试验数据分析,提出了合适的配比和布桩形式,对优化设计起到指导性的作用。
The soft subsoil had a wide distribution in Yingkou Coastal Industrial Base Railway, so cement mixing pile was used to reinforce the subgrade. In order to ensure the construction quality, to improve work efficiency and to achieve economical and reasonable design scheme, pile experiments and inspections were carried out on DK17+300 subgrade. Through inspection and data analysis on 24 pile groups in different parameter and arrangement patterns, the appropriate mixing proportion and the arrangement patterns of pipes were put forward, so as to serve as a guidance for its design optimization.
