摘要
[方法]采用室内稻瘟病菌丝抑制率测定及田间防治效果试验,测定了枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)等7种生物农药对寒地水稻稻瘟病的防治效果。[结果]菌丝抑制率4%春雷霉素WP 85.3%,1000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌WP、15%过氧乙酸AS与40%稻瘟灵EC相同,达到100%;田间防效好的药剂是4%春雷霉素WP、1000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌WP;增产效果分别为9.9%~21.9%、21.7%~28.1%。[结论]1000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌WP、4%春雷霉素WP是黑龙江省绿色稻米安全防病的首选药剂。
[Methods] Inhibition ratio test against rice blast of hypha in the room and control effect test in the field were adopted, the control effect of 7 biological fungicide such as B. subtilis were determined against rice blast in cold region. [Results] Inhibition ratio against hypha: chunleimeisu with 85.3%, B. subtilis, peroxide acetic acid and isoprothiolane with 100%. Field control effect: chunleimeisu and B. subtilis are good fungicides with increasing yield of 9.9-21.9%, 21.7-28.1%, respectively. [Conclusions] B. subtilis and chunleimeisu are preferable fungicides to control the diseases on the green rice in Heilongjiang province.
