介绍了DTⅡ型带式输送机的主要结构,对其输送能力、运行阻力、牵引力、传动功率、输送带强度验算、胶带张力、托辊间垂度等进行了设计计算,并根据输送机的使用地点及环境,确定相关参数。
The paper introduces the main structure of capacity, running resistance, traction, transfer power, s between rollers. Relevant parameters are determined belt conveyor. trength DT Ⅱ belt conveyor and calculates its transport checking calculation, beh tension, and verticality according to operating position and environment of thebelt conveyor.
