摘要
根据大柳塔矿5-2煤副矿斜井扩碹工程,2010年2月试验性扩碹没有成功的经验总结。2010年9月进行第二次扩碹时,对井口扩碹段30m范围内进行注浆固化,井下分三段扩碹及支护。施工前期采用有限元计算软件建立三维数值模型进行仿真模拟计算,结合前期所得计算结果,进行监控测量方案的制定。扩碹施工过程中,按监测方案进行地表沉降、拱顶沉降、净空水平收敛等项目的测量工作,整理监控测量的数据结果,并与前期数值模拟计算结果进行对比。通过合理有效地模拟计算及监控测量,保障了扩碹工程的安全实施,完成了地表沉降量不超过5 mm的控制要求。
In the arch expanding engineering of the 5-2 inclined shaft in Daliuta mine, during the second expanding, grouting and solidifying were used within the scope of 30 m. Expanding and supporting were divided into three stages. Reasonable simulated calculation and monitoring measurement ensured safe construction and realized the requirement that surface settlement was less than 5mm.
