摘要
为进一步优化ZnCr2O4-V2O5-Li2O-ZnO湿敏材料的性能,对制备工艺做了3点改进:在玻璃相V2O5-Li2O-ZnO中掺加SiO2,将晶相原料进行高温烧结;重新筛选烧结制度;测试了样品感湿特性,取得了预期效果。在分析样品微观结构的基础上,对实验结果作了理论解释。
The preparation process of ZnCr2O4-V2O5-Li2O-ZnO has been further improved in three aspects in order to optimize this series of materials' humidity sensitivity: firstly,the glass phase(V2O5-Li2O-ZnO) was blended with SiO2,and secondly the raw material of crystalline phase has been calcinated under a high temperature,then a best sintering schedule is chosen.The humidity sensing characters have been measured,and the experimental result has been discussed by analyzing the micro-structure of the samples.
