摘要
结合国丰二钢设备及工艺条件,确定了"定量留渣-溅渣-全部留渣"工艺模式。合适的留渣量为2.0~2.5t,终渣氧化镁质量分数8%~12%,溅渣时间为2min。该工艺有效地降低了钢铁料、石灰和氮气消耗,提高了转炉生产效率。实践表明:应用该工艺后炉龄稳定在15 000炉以上,创造经济效益约1 500万元/a。
In consideration of the equipment and process conditions of Guofeng No. 2 Steelmaking Plant, the "quantitative residual- splashing- whole residual of slag" process was formulated, with the appropriate quantity of converter slag residual being 2. 0--2. 5 t, the mass fraction of MgO in final slag 8 %--12 %, and the time of slag splashing 2 rain. With the process parameters, the consumption of metallic material, lime and nitrogen were reduced, and the productivity was increased. Practice shows that the furnace campaign has been stably over 15 000 heats, bringing about a remarkable economic benefits of 15 million Yuan per year.
