摘要
为提高酿酒葡萄产量、品质和合理施肥提供理论依据,了解威代尔生长季需肥特性,研究了酿酒葡萄威代尔整个生育期内N、P和K的动态变化及养分需求量。结果表明:植株含水量变化是先升高后降低,冠根比在果实着色期最大为3.32;葡萄叶片中N含量变化最大,浆果膨大期至着色期,叶片中N含量相对稳定;果实中N、P和K含量不同时期变化较大;枝条中K含量降低幅度较大。威代尔葡萄每形成1000 kg果实,养分需要量分别为:N 13.82 kg、P2O54.584 kg、K2O 9.144 kg,N、P、K吸收比例为3∶1∶2。
To improve the wine grape yield, quality and reasonable fertilization, and understand the fertilizer requirement characteristics of Vidal Blanc, the dynamic change of N, P, K and nutrient requirement of the vines during the whole growth season were analyzed. The results showed that the water content of vine increased at first and then decreased. The crown-root ratio reached the highest of 3.32 during veraison. The change of N concentration in grape leaf was the biggest and the N concentration in leaf was relatively stable from berry enlargement to coloration period. The contents of N, P, K changed obviously during different growth stages. The fall range of K content in shoot was bigger. The amounts of N, P2O5, and K2O required for producing 1000 kg fruit were 13.82 kg, 4.584 kg and 9.144 kg respectively. The proportion of nutrients absorption was 3:1:2 (N: P2O5:K2O).
