摘要
本文通过对山西南部临汾盆地一些露头剖面的观察,通过对LK10孔钻孔剖面的岩性,粘土矿物、地球化学、孢粉等古环境标志的综合分析,探讨了临汾盆地自上新世至晚更新世时期的环境演变。
Linfen Basin is a graben basin in the south of Shanxi Province. The Late Cenozoic deposits well developed in the basin. The detailed sedimentological analyses of the samples of the core of LK10 Boreholl from the basin provided much environmental information. These analyses included lithology, clay minerals, geochemistry and pollens. Based on these analyses and the field observations on some geology exposures this paper discussed the Late Cenozoic environment change of the basin.The climate of the Late Pliocene of the area was warm temperate and sub-humid to semi-arid. And the climate of Quaternary had oscillations between warm and cold, wet and dry. The general trend was cooler and drier since the Late Pliocene. Beside the climate, the depositional environments also affected the contents of the clay minerals, the chemical elements and pollens of the sediments.
