摘要
目的:评价治疗肾囊肿的3种方法的疗效。方法:经腹膜后途径在腹腔镜下去顶减压肾囊肿患者6例,在B超引导下进行肾囊肿穿刺9例,开放手术治疗肾囊肿15例。结果:腹腔镜下及开放手术的25例患者均获得成功,肾囊肿穿刺5例;均无大的并发症出现。结论:在腹腔镜下及开放手术做肾囊肿手术均可获得满意的效果,但开放手术创伤大,恢复较慢;在腹腔镜下治疗肾囊肿具有创伤小、恢复快、治疗彻底的特点;肾囊肿穿刺尽量不采取。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical outcomes of three kind of treatment methods for renal cyst.Methods：There were 6 cases of underwent windowing deconpression with laparoscopy by retroperitoneal access,9 cases of underwent punctures guided by b ultrasound,and 15 cases of underwent open surgery.Result：the 25 cases of underwent windowing decompression with lapascopy and open surgery has achieved satisfactory results,and there were 5 recurrent cases who were underwent punctures guided by b-ultrasound;there were not severe complications in all cases.Conclusion：We can get satisfactory results in the patients of underwent windowing deconpression with laparoscopy and open surgery;but the wound is heavy and it recovers more slowly in the patients of underwent open surgery;the treatment with laparoscopy is a effective thorough treatment technique for renal cyst with little trauma,quick recovery.Punctures guided by b-ultrasound should not be taken as possible.
