摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗盆腔炎性疾病所致不孕症的临床效果。方法:2009年3月～2012年1月收治不孕症患者62例,于月经干净3～7天,根据患者盆腔情况,应用腹腔镜进行相应的手术操作。结果:手术情况:62例患者均进行了腹腔镜手术,术中出血40～105ml,平均75.6ml,手术时间90～150分钟,平均108.6分钟,输卵管均通液正常。术后受孕情况:62例患者经过8～39个月的随访,已经生育44例,目前已经怀孕11例,受孕率88.7%,目前尚有7例仍在继续观察中。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗盆腔炎性疾病所致不孕症疗效显著,手术时间短、出血少。
Objective：To investigate the laparoscopic surgery for pelvic inflammatory disease of infertility due to clinical effect.Methods：our hospital from March 2009 to January 2012 the treatment of 62 patients with infertility,menstrual clean 3～7d patients with pelvic circumstances,application of laparoscopic surgery.Results：The operative situation：62 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery,blood loss of 40 to 105 ml,an average of 75.6 ml,operative time 90 to 150 min,an average of 108.6 min,tubal pass liquid normal.Postoperative conceive circumstances：follow-up of 62 patients after 8 to 39 months,had given birth 44 cases have been 11 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 88.7%,are still seven cases of continued observation.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery for pelvic inflammatory disease caused by infertility significant effect,shorter operative time,less bleeding,worthy of promotion.
