摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏收集依兰依兰精油,经GC分离后用GC/MS/DS联用技术和气相色谱双柱程序升温保留指数辅助定性,分析鉴定出54个化合物。其中含氧化合物34种,碳氢化合物20种。主要成分为:β-石竹烯,杜松烯,苯甲酸苄酯,α-葎草烯等。
The essential oil of the flowers of Ylang-Ylang(Cananga odorate) was collected by steam distillation and analyzed by GC/MS techniques. The volatile components were identified by mass spectral and temperature-programmed retention index data on dual glass capillary columns (OV-101 and PEG-20M). 54 compounds have been identified from the essential oil, including 34 oxygen-containing compounds and 20 hydrocarbons. The major constituents are: β-Caryophyllene, γ-Cadinene, Benzyl benzoate andα-Humulene.
