原发性高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸检测的临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化及其与高血压的关系。方法选择原发性高血压患者54例,另选50例健康体检者作为正常对照组,采用循环酶法对所有受检者进行Hcy的检测并进行比较。结果高血压患者血清Hcy水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)且男性高于女性(P<0.01)。结论原发性高血压患者Hcy水平增高可能在疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用,其检测对高血压病的预防、诊断及疗效观察有重要意义。
