摘要
目的探讨手术室全程无痛护理管理体系对肝癌患者临床应用的疗效观察。方法回顾性分析我院自2011年3月至2012年3月手术治疗的肝癌,胃癌,乳腺癌患者92例,随机均分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用全程无痛护理管理,对照组实施传统的疼痛管理,利用问卷调查的形式对疼痛护理满意度进行比较。结果对实验组和对照组的疼痛满意度进行分析,其中实验组的总满意度为84.75%(39/46),总不愿意度为15.23%(7/46),对照组的总满意度为65.22%(30/46),总不愿意度为34.78%(16/46),2组的总满意度和总不愿意度进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建无痛护理管理体系,可以明显提高患者对疼痛护理的满意度,手术护理质量也得以提升,值得临床推广。
Objective To study clinical application effect observation on painless nursing care management system of liver cancer patients in the operating room.Methods surgical treatment of liver cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer patients 92 cases were Retrospective analyzed from March 2011-March 2012,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, while the study group with the whole painless nursing management, the control group implementation of the traditional pain management and they take the form of questionnaire survey to pain nursing satisfaction. Results The experimental group and control group compared to pain satisfaction, including the general satisfaction was 84.75% （39/46）, the total is not willing to degree was 15.23% （7/46）, and the control group total satisfaction was 65.22% （30/46）, the total is not willing to degree was 34.78% （16/46）, and 2 groups of total satisfaction and will not willing to compare degrees, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Painless nursing management system is established, the satisfaction of patients to pain nursing improved obviously, and improve the quality of nursing surgery, worth clinical promotion.
