无管化经皮肾镜取石术处理非复杂型上尿路结石的疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察无管化经皮肾镜取石术处理非复杂型上尿路结石的临床效果。方法将收治的82例非复杂型上尿路结石患者,分组行无管化经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)及传统PCNL。结果 82例患者1例因脓肾改行二期碎石取石,其余均成功一期穿刺碎石取石。两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);无管化PCNL在住院时间、医疗费用、术后镇痛药需求例数均显著低于传统PCNL(P<0.05)。结论无管化PCNL处理非复杂型上尿路结石切实可行。
