摘要
食品科学与工程专业所具有的实践性极强的特点,而传统的实践教学模式存在与实际生产脱节等弊端。通过构建食品科学与工程专业产学研相结合的实践教学模式,为提高本专业的教学质量和教学效果搭建良好的平台。
Food science and engineering has practical extremely features.There are out of touch with the actual production for the traditional practice teaching mode, and other defects. In order to improve the quality of teaching and professional teaching effectiveness to build a good platform, the practice teaching mode of food science and engineering major of produetion-learning-roseareh cooperation was built.
