摘要
百年大计,教育为本,教育大计,教师为本。教育兴,则民族兴;教育强,则国家强,中国基础教育课程改革的整体成功最终将取决于广大的农村大地上基础教育课程改革的成功,其中农村师资队伍建设是决定农村基础教育课程改革的关键,然而农村教育广泛存在的教师数量不足、学历和素质不高等问题已成为国家教育事业进一步推进的阻碍。
Education is fundamental to a century cause, teachers are the basic of education.Education decides the prosperity of the nation and country.The overall success of China＇s basic education curriculum reform will ultimately depend on the success of the basic education curriculum reform in rural.The construction of rural teachers is the key to determine the basic education curriculum reform in rural areas, however,the problem that the lack of teachers,qualifications and qualities in rural areas has become the obstacles to promote the cause of education in China.
