摘要
温度稳定地控制在1 400℃左右,计算出氢气还原速率常数在1 400℃下为0.93~1.03g(Fe)/(cm2.min),跟固体碳比较,氢气还原速率快;避免过泡沫渣形成,原料应采用预还原矿。通过进行底吹氢熔融还原试验研究,对了解底吹氢情况下的安全性以及工艺操作参数是很有帮助的,为今后大型的工艺化试验提供经验和理论计算依据。重点介绍氢冶金技术的试验探索和动力学试验结果的分析。
The temperature is around 1 400 ℃ in the test;the hydrogen reduction rate constant is calculated under the 0.93~1.03 g(Fe)/(cm2·min).Comparing with the solid carbon,the reduction rate of hydrogen is much faster.To avoid excessive foaming slag,raw materials should be pre-reduced ore.Bottom-blowing hydrogen through smelting reduction pilot is researched for understanding the bottom-blowing case,the safety of hydrogen and process operating parameters are useful for future large-scale process-oriented experiments and the theoretical calculations provide the basis of experience.This article focuses on the exploration of hydrogen metallurgy experiments,kinetic analysis of test results.
