摘要
目前,我国很多大型的物流企业已逐渐形成了自己的企业文化,但在文化建设上还存在很多问题。如在企业文化建设中忽视物流的服务本质,造成顾客对企业忠诚度的下降;企业文化缺乏独特性,流于形式;企业文化建设的手段简单,途径单一等。因此,大型物流企业首先必须树立正确的责任、竞争和服务的核心价值观,其次必须重视制度的建设和执行,最后必须采用树立模范人物、充分利用一切舆论工具及传媒等丰富的手段加强内外部企业文化的建设,从而保障企业在未来激烈的市场竞争中获得持久的核心竞争力。
Currently many large-scale Chinese logistics enterprises have formed their own corporate culture yet problems still abound in their cultural construction, including ignorance of the nature of logistics as a service in the cultural construction, resulting in lowered customer loyalty, lack of uniqueness and emphasis on form rather than content, monotonous means and path of the construction, etc. As a result, large-scale logistics enterprises must first erect the correct core value on responsibility, competition and service, then focus on the construction and enforce-ment of the regulatory system and finally strengthen the construction of the internal and external corporate culture of the enterprises through model figures, making use of all available publicity tools and media, etc.
