摘要
采用经典算法对一种橡胶隔振器的静动态性能进行理论设计计算,并进行应力和稳定性校核;利用Ansys有限元软件,根据材料的拉伸压缩试验结果和动静比测试结果,仿真分析隔振器的静动态特性;将理论计算结果、仿真计算结果与试验结果对比可以看出,在误差允许的范围内该设计计算方法是可行的。在进行隔振器结构设计时,可以采用理论计算和仿真相结合的方法,这样不仅可以大大缩短设计时间,而且可以节约设计成本。
The static and dynamical characteristic of a rubber isolator was systematically calculated using a classical method. On the other hand, stress and stability check were done. Based on the tensile, compression and static dynamic stiffness ratio test result,the characteristic of the constructed model was also analyzed using software ANSYS. By contrast the experimental results with the calculation result,it is valid for the method within the permitting of errors. The presented method for developing vibration isolator can not only shorten the developing period of the isolator,but also reduce the design cost.
