摘要
对苯甲醛与苯乙酮在双组份无机碱氢氧化钠和碳酸钾催化下的无溶剂有机反应进行了研究,结果发现反应混合物在室温下研磨10 min,即以95%的产率得到苯亚甲基苯乙酮。与传统的苯亚甲基苯乙酮的制备方法相比,该无溶剂有机反应具有反应时间短、产率高、易纯化、物耗低及污染少等特点,体现了化学实验教学绿色化的改革目标。
Solvent - free reaction of benzaldehyde and acetophenone was examined under the catalysis of a low - cost inorganic base system, consisting of NaOH and K2CO3. It was found that chalcone was obtained in 95% yield after grind- ing for 10 min. Compared with the conventional preparation method, solvent - free reaction of benzaldehyde and acetophe- none had the advantages of short reaction time, high yield, easy purification, low consumption and less pollution, which accorded with teaching reform of chemical experiments in green chemistry.
